Finding Unity in Polarity

If you are alive on this planet and reading this, then you are likely feeling the effects of devastation, divide, and disharmony. We are in a deep state of transition as a human collective, and there is a feeling of being unsettled, restless, afraid and more. Our traumas are being unearthed, those we have held both consciously and unconsciously. We must come back to the remembrance of our humanity, that we are more alike than we are different, and that by sharing compassion for one another’s pain we ultimately acknowledge the same within ourselves.

Gather in community to come back to your center in the midst of the polarity. This is not about bypassing or pretending that these times are not difficult. It is actually about walking directly into the shadow and confronting your grief. As we know, the only way out, is through.
