New Moon: Feminine Rising

Gather with other women in sacred circle to harness the energies of the New Moon in Leo, as Michele Rodriguez of Michele Rio Yoga, and Laura Aguila of SoulMergence, lead somatic practices to ignite transformation. Through yoga and breathwork, along with a guided meditation to anchor the release and integration through these journeys, this ceremony will provide an opening to allow for deep healing.

What to expect: The ceremony will open with an orienting discussion around the energetic themes that are present individually and collectively, and how we may be experiencing them. Michele and Laura will guide you through a grounding and intention setting ritual to help you connect to your feminine nature and sacral chakra, also known as the creation center.

The yoga practice will focus on postures that support the sacral chakra in opening the space to access our inner portal of unlimited potential and possibility.
