About the Group
Do you ever feel like there is a part of you that is so unmovable, shameful, stuck, lost, or disconnected, that it makes you question who you really are? Each of us hold a Shadow Self, the part(s) of us that are longing to be seen, to belong, to be accepted, and more. And for each of us, our story may be unique, but our humanness connects us and reminds us that we are not alone in this experience.
Our shadow selves usually sound or feel like:
"Who am I to...?"
"If I do this, everyone will be upset."
"I feel guilty every time I choose myself. But I resent the life I am living (or x person.)"
"How can I be okay if they are not?"
