The Heart Space: a women’s group consciously created for those who are ready to transform. Reconnect to who you are, relearn safety in your body, and step into your power. This is not about becoming someone else, this is about revealing who you have been all along. Through meditation, energy healing, breathwork, and more, we will journey to the heart space, where you will meet yourself.

What to expect:

In an intimate group space, we will unlearn/learn who we have been, and who we are evolving into. Healing is not only about shedding layers, but also a becoming.
