I work with women who are ready to step into their power, but don't know exactly know how. And if they do know how, they are repeatedly met with an inner voice who holds fear, doubt, shame, shoulds/should nots, and the endless loop of being stuck, yet wanting more. Women who have been conditioned through their life experiences to stay small, with a body programmed to stay safe. But the inner voice continues to call for more.
My name is Laura Aguila. I am a licensed psychotherapist, certified Breathwork Practitioner, and hold a certification as a Reiki Master. I have an insatiable desire to witness others find their way home to themselves by healing their shadow and reclaiming their lives through heart-centered, trauma-informed and body oriented work.

I believe that the human experience is a sacred path that is filled with various initiations that are intended to cultivate growth and deep purpose. These initiations are in the form of loss, a difficult family, relationship turmoil, and may other experiences. Having committed to my own healing path, I truly understand and empathize with the heartache that life can bring. I also hold the deep truth that healing is available for each one of us, and living from our empowered, authentic self is possible.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey, a certified Breathwork Practitioner, and a Reiki Master. I am passionate about helping others identify their blocks, how they may be manifesting in their life, and being able to break patterns that are hindering them from living their most expansive, fulfilling life.
I believe in integrating mind, body, and soul in order to fully embody the human experience and all that it has to offer. By utilizing various techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, energy work, and more, we will work together to help you step into your highest potential, re-integrate the fractured parts of you, and release what is no longer serving you.
